Description:
The Sr. Controls Engineer will lead in depth multiple programs, develop, implement, and improve processes using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma techniques, as well as create process control documents to support all production functions. You must also deploy established documents to ensure consistent, reliable, and high-quality level product within economic constraints. Must apply "hands on "roll up your sleeves" on the floor experience to deploy efficient and capable processes to various processes such as high model mix electronic repair and assembly, forward/reverse logistic and liquidation processes in response to business requirements. New product introduction, new automated equipment specification creation, ROI justification, equipment procurement, debug, and installation.
